Here's the video I made for the song Changes. For this one, I captured all of the footage entirely on my phone while traveling through Greece. I recorded the acoustic guitars typically with a close mic. The electric guitar was recorded super loud with the mic about 6 feet away from the amp. What sounds like thunder at times is actually two floor toms being played with mallets also recorded with an ambient mic. In my mind, the song wasn't finished because I had planned on adding guitar atmosphere to the middle section but now I'm so glad I didn't do that because to me the simplicity really carries the song. All in all I'm pretty proud of this one. I love how something that starts off sounding melancholy can end up sounding triumphant. Hope you enjoy it.
